HIKING
Departure by minibus to the Pëllumbasi cave. Upon arrival in Pëllumbas village we will start our walk. You will contemplate wonderful views of the Erzen River and this region. After 1:30 hours of walking, we will arrive at the village at the entrance of Pëllumbasi cave. This cave has been inhabited since prehistoric times (10,000 years before our era). Stalactites and stalagmites adorn this beautiful cave. We will then continue our exploration of the region by exploring the Erzen River Canyon. Retrace our steps to find the minibus and head to the village of Lin located on the shores of UNESCO-listed Lake Ohrid. Wonderful views of the coast and North Macedonia opened before us. Then the minibus which will take us to Tushemisht village. Propaganda films were filmed in this lakeside village during the communist era. In the afternoon you will have free time for a swim in the lake.

HIKING
Departure for the village of Voskopoja. This village, which in the 18th century was one of Albania`s most developed towns, will open the doors of its beautiful Orthodox churches. On arrival, we start our walk towards the church of "Saint Prodhom". The walk lasts 3 h-3/30. In the afternoon, we'll head for the village of Rehova. The village of Rehove, on the border with Greece, is renowned for its cooking skills and stone houses. The afternoon is reserved for exchanges with the village's inhabitants.
In Rehove, we'll enjoy the warmth and hospitality of the southern Albanians, who will come to meet us and share their food and words. This afternoon of in-depth discovery of the best Albania has to offer culminates in an overnight stay with a local.

The scenery that accompanies us on this day is fabulous. We'll be following the course of the Vjosa river. We'll stop to explore the magnificent Langarica Canyon (sandals or kayak shoes are recommended). You'll enjoy the hot springs in the area. At the end of the day, we'll head for the town of Permet. We'll learn how to make candied fruit, a speciality of this region.

RAFTING
In the morning we'll get ready to explore the Vjosa River by raft. Adrenalin is guaranteed. After this Rafting experience we'll head for the town of Gjirokaster.
Arriving in Gjirokastra, we'll take in the sights. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005, Gjirokastra is the birthplace of the great Albanian writer Ismail Kadare, and on a less literary note, the home town of former Communist dictator Enver Hoxha. This town is full of typical neighborhoods and shady terraces, but above all it's home to the Ethnographic Museum and its citadel, witnesses to a large part of Albania's history.
Gjirokastra has preserved its picturesque architecture, typical of old Albanian homes. Then on to the village of Ksamil, opposite of the Greek island Corfu. An hour's drive by minibus takes us to the Ionian Sea and its characteristic little coves.

Morning departure for the archaeological site of Butrint. Listed by UNESCO in 1992, Butrint is a veritable jewel of the Mediterranean. The ancient remains blend perfectly with the region's relaxing nature. You're about to visit a microcosm of Mediterranean sea history. Then on to the Albanian Riviera. Olive groves, typical villages and the magnificent beaches of the Ionian Sea characterize the Albanian Riviera.

The turquoise-blue waters of the Ionian Sea and pristine coves characterize this day of kayaking. We'll cross the magnificent bay of Porto Palermo. You'll hear about an Ali Pacha castle and a submarine tunnel in the bay. We'll then head for the small beaches for a break and a swim. We'll then continue to our beach where we'll spend the night. Afternoon free to relax.

Today we'll be contemplating and exploring other small coves on the Albanian Riviera. Small coves and rocks will mark this kayak trip. We'll enjoy a swim in one of these beaches.

Road to Tirana.
Tirana is otherwise known for its painted, multicolored building facades, the completion of which symbolized the end of the dictatorship in 1990. We'll explore the city's typical districts on foot. The evening will take you to the former Blok district, once reserved for the Communist nomenklatura, and now the capital's trendy nightlife district, where the youth of the Albanian capital gather for a drink to the melodies of a wide variety of modern music.
